My job is not to complete one isolated task and quietly leave the rest of the mess intact. I map the system, find the actual source of friction, and build a structure that can keep working without constant rescue.

The core practice is operational systems architecture: processes, information flows, tools, automation, and delivery systems. Financial, administrative, and human systems remain useful adjacent disciplines. The technical task changes. The standard does not.
